Classic Day-of Coordination Packages & DIY Wedding Resources

  • Classic Coordination Package

    Day-of Coordination Package w/o Rehearsal Dinner Support: starting at $1,500

    We’ll start off with a FREE 30-minute consultation.

    If you would like to move forward, we offer:

    A one-hour planning meeting to get to know you all as a couple, learn the venue and key stakeholders, create your timeline, and offer my two-sense, usually 3 months out. I love getting to know you all as a couple and your love story during this meeting.

    A one-hour planning meeting, usually one month out, to have all the information I need to make sure your day is a success! We discuss the final floor plan and timeline (and other details as needed) during this meeting.

    A one-hour touch base meeting the week of the wedding to tie up any loose ends and prepare everyone for your big day! I send an introductory email to all vendors introducing myself this week, sharing the day’s timeline, floor plan(s), and other important details with everyone.

    The day of the wedding, the Penderview Events team will be available to work the day for up to 10 hours, and I recommend we are the first person to arrive and the last person to leave.

    This package is simple: three one-hour planning meetings, and up to 10 hours of coordination support the day of.

    A signed working agreement and 25% of the agreed upon balance must be made upfront in order for us to launch into our planning process together.

    We require an assistant for all weddings of 80+ guests. If an assistant(s) is required for your coordination besides the lead coordinator, each additional assistant will increase the package price by $300.

    Catholic Wedding Planning Coaching Calls & Written Resources: starting at $500

    Are you Catholic and looking to get married?

    This series of offerings is amazing for Catholic couples in the wedding planning process. A handful of the Penderview Events team is Catholic, and two of those lovely ladies are both now married and have been through the intricate process of planning their own Catholic weddings.

    This offer is simple: two one-hour planning/coaching calls with a member of the Penderview Events team who is Catholic, and a written resource with everything you could possibly need to know about the Catholic wedding planning process.

    Every additional one-hour coaching call beyond the two one-hour calls included in this package will be an additional $150/call.

    100% of payment is due upfront in order to launch into these coaching calls and lifetime access to the written resources included in this offering.
