Private Event Offerings

  • Classic Planning Package

    Without Event Management: starting at $1,500

    For events with 3-6 vendors. Events with 7+ vendors will go above the starting rate for this package.

    The usual timeframe for this package starts at 3 months out from the event, but we can be flexible.

    What you get with this package:

    A one-hour initial consultation to get to know you, your event, and what you hope this day to be!

    One one-hour meeting to touch base about the planning process and progress.

    Up to 20 hours of our work in planning the actual event.

    A 30-minute final wrap up the day before the event. We will tie up any loose ends during this time!

    I also offer this package with event management services (my support the day of your event) as well starting at $2,000.

    If you desire more assistance, each additional Penderview Events assistant besides the team lead will be an additional $250 to the agreed upon package rate.

    A signed working agreement and 30% of the agreed upon balance must be made upfront in order for us to launch into our event planning process together.

  • Event Management Package

    Private Event Management Package: starting at $1,000

    What you get with this package:

    A one-hour initial consultation to get to know you, your event, and how my team and I can best manage your corporate event.

    A 30-minute phone call the week of the event. We will tie up any loose ends during this time!

    Our presence for the entirety of the event, for up to 10 hours of event management support.

    If you desire more assistance, each additional Penderview Events assistant besides the team lead will be an additional $250 to the agreed upon package rate.

    A signed working agreement and 30% of the agreed upon balance must be made upfront in order for us to launch into our event management agreement.
