If you would like to inquire about a long-term working relationship for event planning and management, please reach out! We’re happy to come on board with local businesses / establishments to support in an event planning and management capacity (like with Three Whistles, and others listed on our portfolio page!).

Preferred Vendor Contact List: $1,000

You can have the entire list of all vendors we have worked with, value, respect, and trust as reliable vendors who we would highly recommend you work with. If you’re willing to take all the coordination and planning into your own hands and need a place to start, we’re happy to provide our list of vendor contacts for a one time fee.

This list includes: venues, caterers, decor vendors (calligraphers, florists, and balloon decor), documentation vendors (photographers, photo booths, and videographers), DJs and entertainment, makeup and hair stylists, bakers, mobile bars, party rentals, transportation, kids entertainment services, and design/styling.

 FAQs

  • We use a program called Honeybook, so all contracts, invoices, and payments will be made through this (amazing!) website. It’s very simple and Honeybook takes care of it all.

    You can sign your contract with us digitally, make payments for each invoice through their website, and even set up a recurring payment plan if that’s needed.

    It’s super simple and makes this process honestly pretty fun and relaxed. (And that’s exactly what we want to be for you all at your event or on your wedding day!)

  • We are in the Northern Virginia area, and plan to do business in the DMV area primarily. Because of that, we would love to meet you at your favorite local coffee shop here and we also prioritize meeting virtually through Google Meets.

  • We, honestly, are a team who responds to inquiries quickly and over whatever medium is best for you. If you need to call our team, please feel free. If we don’t respond, please send us a voicemail and we will get back to you asap. Anna our founder is also quick to respond to texts and emails! If you need to get her attention the quickest, shoot her a text.

  • Man! This is SUCH an incredible industry. Anna our founder has always enjoyed getting down in the weeds.

    From planning her senior prom for 30 teenagers, to the 220+ person Christmas Formal sh planned in 2021 singlehandedly, Anna LOVE events.

    Anna and the team are extremely detail-oriented, problem solvers, engineers, teachers, and creatives. And thus, this work doesn’t stress us out in the slightest; we actually really love it and it brings us immense JOY. We enjoy building strong relationships as well, so it all around feels like a win win win!
