Starting in January 2024, Penderview Events dove into the events world within real estate.
The Penderview Events team began supporting Geva and Jane with Varity Homes with event management the day of open houses and mixers with their clientele.
This long-term working agreement has been a fun spot for Penderview Events to expand into, learning the realm of events in a much more laid back environment than weddings: home buying. :)
Penderview Events has coordinated with Geva and Jane a series of open houses, providing the decor and goodies for guests to enjoy, as well as helping provide a hospitable environment for guests to enjoy the open houses.
We also coordinated a mixer for their clientele on Saturday, February 24th which was an absolute blast at Settle Down Easy Brewing Company in Falls Church. I provided the decor and set up help, as well as hiring the famous Amanda Keeney with Signature Sweets by Amanda to provide some fun goodies for the guests as well!
