Classic Coordination Package: starting at $1,750
Required for weddings of 50 guests or less.
If you would like to move forward with this package, we offer:
3 planning meetings
Up to 1 hour of rehearsal support
Up to 10 hours of day of coordination for 1 lead coordinator and up to 5 hours of set up assistance for 1 assistant.
Weddings with more than one location will incur an additional $250 charge.
A signed working agreement and 50% of the agreed upon balance must be made upfront in order for us to launch into our coordination process together.

Signature Coordination Package: starting at $1,950
Required for weddings of 51-180 guests.
If you would like to move forward with this package, we offer:

The Penderview Events Preferred Vendor List (retail value $1,000).
